AR Rahman snapped at music director Taj Noor's daughter Sumaiya’s wedding

Taj Noor, who started his career as an assistant to AR Rahman and then turned composer, hosted his daughter’s wedding yesterday. The musician’s daughter Sumaiya married Yasin yesterday at a mosque in Adyar, Chennai. A wedding reception was hosted in the auditorium of MGR Janaki college and several celebrities attended the event. Celebrities like AR Rahman, Bharathiraj, SA Chandrashekar, Ameer Thanu, Imman, Sivakumar, Aari, Robo Shankar, and others attended met the newly weds.
Taj Noor worked as a keyboard player and coordinator for Rahman for several years.Taj Noor marked his debut as a music director in the Tamil film industry with 'Vamsam', which was directed by Pandiraj. Taj Noor has composed for more than 10 Tamil films, which includes 'Strawberry' and 'Nayyapudai'. His music for Pa Vijay's 'Strawberry' earned him a name as a popular music director in the Tamil cinema industry.
