Arvind Swamy and Regina Cassandra's 'Kallapart' to release in May

Arvind Swamy was last seen in the Tamil film ‘Thalaivi’ in 2021 which was was a biography of late chief minister and actress J Jayalalithaa, where in Arvind played the role of MGR. The actor is now working on his other projects that are lined up and his upcoming film titled ‘Kallapart’, directed by Rajapandi stars Aravind Swamy and Regina Cassandra and the film is currently in post production.
Director Rajapandi in an interview with a media house has reportedly stated that the film will be released in May 2022.The movie also has Bharti, Adesh Bala, Baby Monica and Harish in important roles. The cinematography of the film is done by Arvind Krishna and it is edited by Nivas K Prasanna. The music for the movie is composed by the music maestro Ilaiyaraaja.
Director Rajapandi speaking in the interview reportedly stated that the story of the movie focuses on human’s emotional struggle. He added that the film is a thriller and has a storyline that is new. He reportedly said that the film is on par with Hollywood standards and is gearing up for its release next month.
