Ashrita to be cast opposite Dhanush?

Ashrita Shetty, a newcomer who is cast opposite Siddharth in Udhayam NH4, is likely to bag a biggie next. We hear that the Mumbai girl will be teaming up with Vetri Maaran for his next film that has Dhanush playing the lead role.
Says Ashrita, ���Currently, I���ve completed my debut flick, Udhayam NH4, for Vetrimaran���s production. While working on that project, Vetri Maaran told me that he is planning to cast me in his next directorial venture with Dhanush.However, an official confirmation is awaited for the film, which is scheduled to kick-start from July.���
Ashrita, who doesn���t have a background in films, landed in tinsel town thanks to winning the Fresh Face contest, conducted by The Times of India, two years ago. The starlet is currently in her final year of college. She says, ���After seeing my photos in the newspaper, Vetri Maaran offered me my debut film opportunity. I had to convince my parents to get in to films but now, they are happy that I���m bagging good films.���
