Bigil international box office: Vijay’s sports drama collects 1 million in USA

Vijay starrer ‘Bigil’ is not just enjoying a dream run at the domestic box office but is earning big money in the overseas market too.

The film has received a massive response in USA, UK, Australia and UAE, with several shows being completely sold off. The film has collected 1 million in the USA market and with this ‘Bigil’ becomes Vijay’s fourth film to achieve this feat.Previously 'Theri', 'Mersal' and 'Sarkar' have collected similar figures in the global market. In totality, 'Bigil' has earned more than Rs 200 crore at the worldwide box office.

AGS Entertainment produced 'Bigil' features Vijay in a dual role. The film is directed by Atlee and hit the screens on the festive occasion of Diwali. Nayanthara was cast opposite Vijay in ‘Bigil’, which features Kathir, Jackie Shroff, Vivek, Yogi Babu, Daniel Balaji, Indhuja and Amritha in supporting roles. AR Rahman has composed the film’s music while GK Vishnu handled the cinematography.
