Aishwarya Rajesh, Vishnu Sasi Shankar and AL Vijay participated in the panel discussion with Baradwaj Rangan to discuss the evolving path of south Indian cinema and the current opportunities creators are exposed to.

However, the word female-centric never existed ten years ago but now things have changed for better. In fact, I struggled initially to land on good roles as many filmmakers approached female actors only for the typical roles."
She also added that there is no real strategy when it comes to making successful films and also the plan changes with each film. "It is hard to predict which film would work and which would not. For instance, i really thought Driver Jamuna would work in theatres but it dint. However, got favorable responses in OTT," she says.
