The multilingual film Silence has been in quite some time. Starring Anushka, Madhavan and Anjali in lead roles, the makers of the movie, directed by
Hemant Madhukar, had announced its release on April 2. Shalini Pandey, Srinivas Avasarala and Michael Madsen among others, play pivotal roles in the crime thriller, which has been written by Kona Venkat.
Director Hemant took to Twitter to share a throwback pic of Anushka from the location.
The photo has the actress seen cranking camera during the break time. He posted, “Once Sweety #AnushkaShetty wanted to handle camera for fun.#throwbackBack with leftwards arrow above #nishabdham #Silence.”
Meanwhile, there were rumours that the film will be released directly on a streaming platform. The makers, however, quashed it a few days ago, with a post which read, “Please do not believe in any baseless rumours you come across. If there is any major development, we shall announce it officially.” The movie, which has the actress essaying a visually-impaired person for the first time, witnesses reunion of her with Madhavan after almost a decade-and-a-half. Gopi Sunder has composed music while Shaneil Deo has cranked camera for the project, which also had collaboration of technicians from Hollywood.
