Gouri pairs up with GV Prakash for a sci-fi love story

Actress Gouri Kishan, who played the young Trisha in ‘96, will be pairing up with GV Prakash Kumar in an upcoming scifi romance. The film is directed by Vignesh Kathick, who had previously made the Aishwarya Rajesh-starrer Thittam Irandu.
“The film is a romcom. . . oru jolly-ana feel-good love story with a lot of entertaining elements like alternate reality and parallel universe,” states the director, who has wrapped up the shoot now.
Popular director Venkat Prabhu will be seen in an “interesting role” in the film, which also has Mirchi Vijay in its supporting cast.“In addition to them, we have a few cameos by popular personalities,” adds Vignesh.
The technical crew includes Justin Prabhkaran as the music director and Gokul Benoy as cinematographer. Newcomer Muthaiyan, who’s assisted CS Prem Kumar of Kutram Kadithal fame, is the editor.
