Huma Qureshi plays Rajinikanth’s love interest in ‘Kaala’?

It’s a well-known fact that the Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi has been roped in to play a pivotal role in Thalaivar Rajinikanth’s forthcoming ‘Kaala’. The latest buzz is that Huma reportedly plays a 45-year-old woman named Zareena, who apparently falls for Rajinikanth. Reports also suggest that the scenes featuring Rajinikanth and Huma will be one of the highlights of the film.

On the other hand, Eswari Rao will be seen as Rajinikanth’s wife in ‘Kaala’, which also stars veteran actor Nana Patekar playing a powerful politician named Hari Dada. With such ensemble cast, it’s safe to say that we cannot wait to watch ‘Kaala’ on the big screen.
Directed by Pa Ranjith, ‘Kaala’ is set in Mumbai and will see Rajinikanth playing a gangster named Kaala Karikalan. On the contrary to earlier reports, Rajinikanth clarified that ‘Kaala’ is not a political film, but has a strong political message. Produced by Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films, the film also stars Samuthirakani and Anjali Patil in supporting roles. Santhosh Narayanan has handled the music, which has over nine songs.
‘Kaala’ is all set for a worldwide release on June 7.
