Acclaimed music composer Isaigniani Ilaiyaaraja, who celebrated his 80th birthday earlier this year, has completed 46 years in the film industry. Ilaiyaraaja is truly a living legend and the man who changed film music in Tamil. He has been around now for more that 40 years and his music is evergreen. The veteran music director has composed over 8,500 songs and featured in close to 1,500 films across nine languages. He has also performed over 20,000 concerts in his career spanning over five decades.
