I'm sure Veerangam will bag a National Award: Vemuganti

Award-winning director Vemuganti of 'Ganga' fame is coming up with a realistic film titled 'Veerangam'.
Suman and Ashish Vidyarthi play the lead roles in this movie. While Suman plays a professor, Vidyarthi plays the baddie.
Talking about his film, Vemuganti reveals, 'I have taken a real subject for my film and I have done extensive research on it. Even today, in many rural areas, there are cases of landlords exploiting and humiliating women from backward classes.In fact, the highlight of my film is the leading lady ' a real-life victim who was subject to atrocities. I had won a Nandi award for 'Ganga', and I'm sure my next project will bag a National Award.'
