Is Abhay Deol playing a king in his Tamil debut?

If reports are to be believed, Bollywood actor Abhay Deol is likely to play a king in his Tamil debut Idhu Vedhalam Sollum Kadhai. The buzz is that he will play King Vikramadithyan in the film, which is said to be a fusion of fantasy and road thriller. The film’s director Rathindran was quoted saying that Abhay will be seen as a king in the flashback portions and that he has already shed few kilos for the film.
Aishwarya Rajesh, Ashwin Kakamanu and Guru Somasundaram play crucial roles in IVSK. In the meantime, we hear, the actor is also learning Tamil.
