It's Official: Sivakarthikeyan's 'Prince' to release on October 21

While the shooting of Sivakarthikeyan's upcoming film 'Prince' directed by Anudeep KV of 'Jathi Ratnalu' fame was wrapped up a few days ago, it has been officially announced that the film will hit the screens on October 21, 2022 ahead of Diwali. Ukrainian actress Maria Ryaboshapka plays the female lead opposite Sivakarthikeyan in 'Prince', which is directed by Anudeep, and the film is reported to be a romantic comedy.
Sivakarthikeyan reportedly plays a teacher, who falls in love with a foreigner, and the film has been shot in various locations in Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry.

The technical team consists of Thaman, who is composing music for the film and interestingly, this is the first time that he is scoring music for a Sivakarthikeyan film. While Paramahamsa is handling the cinematography, Praveen KL is in charge of the editing.
