Actor Kalaiyarasan's upcoming film has got a unique title. The film produced by CV Kumar of Thirukumaran Entertainments banner is named after one of the biggest yesteryear hits. The title for the film has been borrowed from 1967 classic thriller flick starring Ravichandran and Kanchana.
Adhey Kangal (new version) is said to be a romantic thriller and the star cast for the film includes Kalaiyarasan, Janani Iyer, Sshivada and Bala Saravanan. While Ghibran has scored the music for the film, Ravi Varman has handled the cinematography.The film is directed by debutant Rohin Venkatesan. The film is in its post-production stage. The actor was last seen in Superstar Rajinikanth's Kabali.
