Kamal Haasan felicitated as honorary member

Kamal Haasan has been felicitated as honorary member by Cinema Pathirikaiyalar Sangam at an event at the Four Frames screening complex in Chennai yesterday. The occasion of giving out the official ID cards to the members was hosted by the Cinema Pathirikaiyalar Sangam that was firm in their belief that it distributed by Kamal Hassan.
Speaking on the occasion Kamal sais that he too had become an official member of the organization since he has stake in a cinema related digital magazine callen 'Maaiam'.Kamal hoped that this association would overcome all internal politics that have plagued similar outfits in the past to build a strong base that will welcome more members in the future.
Major Dasan, President of Cinema Pathirikaiyalar Sangam said that Kamal's novel DTH idea will be fully supported by the organization.
