Komban joins the Pongal race

Karthi���s Komban that is in the final stages of shooting is all set to join the big and hot Pongal race.The makers of the film released ads on Sunday newspapers announcing that the film would be a Pongal release. Interestingly, the Pongal slot is already filled with films like Ajith���s Yennai Arindhaal, Vikram���s I, Vishal���s Aambala and Sivakarthikeyan���s Kakki Sattai.With Karthi���s Komban also joining the race, it looks like it���s going to be one tough competition at the theatres.
Komban is directed by M Muthaiah and has Karthi and Lakshmi Menon playing the lead. GV Prakash has scored the music. Karthi has begun dubbing for the film, if reports are to go by.
