Madhavan, Dhanush, Keerthy Suresh and others wish Suriya for his birthday and for winning the national award

Actor Suriya is celebrating his 47th birthday today. Just a day before his birthday, the actor got the best gift of his life. On July 22, the 68th National Film Awards were announced and actor Suriya won the best actor for his film ‘Soorarai Pottru’.
The Kollywood celebrities all came together to wish the actor on his birthday as well as congratulated him for winning the national award. Actor Dhanush stated that he is super proud of Suriya and the ‘Soorarai Pottru’ for bagging the awards and added that it is a big day for Tamil cinema. He wrote, “Big congratulations to all the national award winners. Especially Suriya sir and my good friend G.V. Prakash. A big day for Tamil cinema. Super proud."
Director Pandiaraj also congratulated Suriya. His tweet read, “What a birthday gift to you sir. Very much deserving Sir! National Award for the Best Actor. Congratulations 'Soorarai Pottru' team."
Actor and Suriya’s friend R Madhavan took to Twitter to express his happiness. He said, “@Suriya_Offl That’s my bro… Congratulations on the National Award for #SooraraiPottru… Heart swells with pride bro.”
