Mani Ratnam to produce another anthology film?

The Tamil film director Mani Ratnam who is currently working on his masterpiece ‘Ponniyin Selvan’, is reportedly planning to produce another anthology film. The director had earlier produced the anthology film ‘Navarasa’ which was released on OTT and is now wanting to rope in new and promising directors who gave good films in 2021 to work on an anthology film.
Mani Ratnam owns the production house Madras Talkies and has produced many feature films and short films. There has been no official announcement yet from the production house.
Mani Ratnam is now busy with the post production works of ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ and the movie will make it to the screens in 2022. The movie has Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Vikram, Aishwarya Rai, Trisha, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Sarathkumar, Parthipan, Jayaram, Sara Arjun, and Vikram Prabhu. The music for the movie is composed by AR Rahman and it will be released in 5 languages.
