Actor Priyanka Mohan is all set for her upcoming film 'Made in Korea' which has already attracted attention because of its unique storyline and international setting.In the upcoming film Priyanka will play Shenba, a young woman from a small town in Tamil Nadu and dreams of travelling to South Korea one day. After saving enough money, she finally manages to travel to Seoul. However life in a new country turns out to be far more challenging than what she expected. The story follows Shenba as she navigates a completely unfamiliar world.The narrative of 'Made in Korea' centres on Shenba’s emotional journey as moving to a foreign country forces her to confront several realities about life.Priyanka Mohan was born on November 20 (1994) in Bengaluru. The talented actress comes from a multicultural family and her father is Tamil, while her mother is Kannadiga. Priyanka completed her degree in biological engineering from PES University before entering the film industry with her debut in Kannada cinema with 'Ondh Kathe Hella' in 2019.She later gained much attention in Telugu cinema with Nani's superhit film 'Gang Leader' and she later appeared in successful Tamil films such as 'Doctor', 'Don', and 'Etharkkum Thunindhavan'.Priyanka Mohan has also faced criticism on social media regarding her acting performances as several meme pages usually circulate clips from her films. Some users criticised her acting style and even labelled her a “wooden face.” One of the films frequently referenced in such memes was 'Saripodhaa Sanivaram' starring Nani.During a recent interview with journalist Sudhir Srinivasan, Priyanka Mohan addressed the online criticism and speculation about a possible hate campaign.When asked directly about it, the actress shared her perspective on the issue. She said, “I would say yes, campaign is a big word. But a lot of things have happened, which I don't want to dwell on the past. But I have understood that it's an uncertain industry, anything can happen to anyone.
