It is worth mentioning that Nithya Menen earlier expressed her gratitude to President Droupadi Murmu, thanking her and the Government of India for the recognition. "Thank you, Hon’ble President Smt. Droupadi Murmu. Thank you to the Government of India for this honor and all members of the jury for seeing in me a deserving candidate," she wrote.
Earlier, Nithya Menen credited her National Award win to her deep understanding of her character and natural performance.
