Raashi Khanna to team up with Vishal in ‘Temper’ remake?

Tollywood superstar Jr NTR’s 2015 blockbuster film ‘Temper’ is all set to be remade in Tamil and it will see ‘Puratchi Thalapathi’ Vishal reprising NTR’s role. Now, the grapevine is abuzz with the news that actress Raashi Khanna is likely to be paired opposite Vishal in the film.
Reportedly, the ‘Tholi Prema’ actress will be seen as Vishal’s love interest. However, nothing has been finalised yet.Debutant Venkat Mohan will be helming the Tamil remake, which will have music by Sam CS. The project is being produced by Light House Movie Makers and is expected to go on the floors later this year.
‘Temper’, directed by Puri Jagannadh, opened to rave reviews and became extremely successful at the box office. Notably, the Hindi remake starring Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan is scheduled for a release this December.
On the work front, Vishal awaits the release of ‘Irumbu Thirai’, in which he is paired opposite Samantha Akkineni. Vishal is working with director Lingusamy for ‘Sandakozhi 2’, which will hit the screens later in 2018. He also has projects like ‘Madha Gaja Raja’ and ‘Karuppu Raja Vellai Raja’ under his belt.
