The Superstar was spellbound by Lawrence's ghost film
Post his return from Singapore, where he was undergoing treatment for his illness, Rajinikanth had chosen to remain away from not only the public eye but also from his industry colleagues. But the Superstar recently made an exception to watch a film. The lucky person is none other than choreographer-turned-actor and director Raghava Lawrence, who was in fact given a break in films by Rajini.He is also a Raghavendra devotee like the Superstar
The actor recently screened his latest release Kanchana, which has been pulling crowds to the theatre in the last two months, at Rajinikanth's house. It is learnt that the Superstar immensely enjoyed the film, which is about a ghost taking revenge on the persons who murdered her. He also praised the visual effects and the comic act by Lawrence in the film. The film has Lakshmi Rai playing the female lead while Sarath Kumar plays a eunuch.
