Rendavadhu Padam's mystery actor revealed!

While director C S Amudhan has been building up the suspense over the last few weeks about a mystery actor being roped in to play a cameo in his upcoming new comedy thriller titled Rendavathu Padam, it has now been revealed that it is none other than Venkat Prabhu, who will be seen along with Iniya.
The team is currently shooting for the song 'Roja Poo' in Kodaikanal.The song 'Roja Poo' is a tribute to the to the evergreen Ilayaraja -Vairamuthu combo an recreates the magic of the 1980s. CS Amudhan had earlier said that he will be shooting the song 'Roja Poo' with special guest actors. He has now revealed that the song is being picturised on Venkat Prabhu and Iniya.
The director who is busy wrapping up his film 'Biriyani' starring Karthi, Hansika and Premji is known for doing special appearances in his films as in Saroja, Goa and Mankatha. Of lately the director has also been seen doing special appearances in other films as well and was last seen in Krishna starrer 'Kazhugu'. Apart from C S Amudhan's Rendavadhu Padam, Venkat Prabhu is also doing a special guest role in 'Nalanum Nandhiniyum' directed by Venkatesh, one of his former assistants.
Produced under the banner of Screenkrafts Entertainment, Rendavadhu Padam stars Vimal, Arvind Akash, Richard, Vijayalakshmi and Ramya Nambeesan in leading roles. The film will have the music scores composed by Kannan with cinematography by Vijay
Ulaganathan and editing by T S Suresh. The director's first film a spoof on Tamil films was a huge hit, so a lot is riding on Rendavathu Padam.
