Santhanam's Dagaalty to hit screens on January 31

Santhanam's upcoming film Dagaalty is all set to hit screens on January 31st. The film is directed by Vijay Anand and has Bengali girl Rittika Sen playing the leading lady. Music for the film is by Vijay Narain and cinematography is by Deepak Kumar Padhy. Yogi Babu has been roped in as a comedian.
The first look poster had Santhanam sporting a massy look lighting a cigarette.This led to a controversy. Vijay Anand was a former assistant to director Shankar. The film is bankrolled by SP Chowdhary’s 18 Reels in association with Santhanam’s Handmade Films.
