‘Sarkar’: Audio launch of the Vijay-starrer to take place in September?

Vijay and AR Murugadoss are working together for the third time in the upcoming political-drama ‘Sarkar’, which is currently underway. While the shoot is progressing at a rapid pace, some interesting news has surfaced on the internet. According to reports, the makers are planning to host a grand audio launch sometime in September. However, we await an official confirmation on the same.It must be noted that ‘Sarkar’ has been scheduled to hit theatre screens on Diwali this year.
Another report suggests that Vijay is likely to start dubbing work later today. Sources also say that the makers will head to the US later this month to shoot a song sequence in Las Vegas. The team has already completed 80 per cent of the shoot and are likely to wrap up August.
Being made on a lavish budget by Sun Pictures, ‘Sarkar’ stars Radha Ravi, Pala Karuppiah, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and Yogi Babu in supporting roles. The film has AR Rahman composing the music, while senior editor Sreekar Prasad is in charge of the edits.
