Popular Malayalam actor
Nivin Pauly is working with director
Ram for an upcoming Tamil-Malayalam bilingual film. The film was launched last August, and it started rolling with a formal puja. The latest reports suggest that Nivin Pauly's film with director Ram is moving to the next stage. The team has successfully completed their first schedule, and they will be beginning their second schedule of shooting in January first week.
The schedule is expected to last around 40 days, and the film is planned to be shot in Rameswaram and nearby locations during the schedule.
Anjali plays the leading lady opposite Nivin Pauly in the untitled film, while
Soori also plays an important role. After the success of 'Peranbu', director Ram is back with his next directorial after two years, and he is keen on making a unique film again. The film is bankrolled by
Suresh Kamatchi under V House Productions, while
Yuvan Shankar Raja is scoring the music.
The first schedule of the film has been shot on a set erected in Chennai after a few portions in Rameswaram. But the team again moves to Rameswaram to shoot outdoors, and the story of the film is reportedly based on a fisherman and his life.
