Shruti Haasan to pair up with Vijay Sethupathi

Actress Shruti Haasan who had recently interviewed Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi on her television talk show is reported to pair with the star actor in his upcoming film with SP Jananathan. It is said that Vijay Sethupathi will be teaming up with Peranmai-fame director SP Jananathan, with who he had worked in Purampokku Engira Pothuvudamai, which also starred Arya and Shaam. Produced by 7C Entertainment's Arumuga Kumar, the film is reportedly titled 'Laabam' and also has Jagapathi Babu playing the antagonist. Arumuga Kumar had earlier produced and directed Vijay Sethupathi's Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren.Meanwhile, Vijay Sethupathi, who played the antagonist to Superstar Rajinikanth in 'Petta' has an impressive lineup of movies for this year. His much awaited 'Super Deluxe' by Thiagarajan Kumararaja is ready for release soon and he had films like Sindhubaadh, Maamanithan in Tamil and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy in Telugu.
