Silambarasan's next film to be directed by AR Murgadoss

AR Murugadoss, who was supposed to direct Vijay's 66th film, is yet to announce his next directorial, and the director has been away from the film world for the last two years. AR Murugadoss has reportedly narrated a multi-lingual story to Silambarasan, and the actor has also been very much involved in the story. The official announcement about the union of the fresh duo is expected to be made soon.
Meanwhile, Silambarasan eying AR Murugadoss for his next has strengthened the reports of the actor's 'Corona Kumar' with director Gokul being shelved as the film has been on mute for over a year after the official launch in 2021.
Silambarasan recently resumed the work for 'Pathu Thala' with Obeli N Krishna, and the shooting of the Tamil remake of the Kannada film 'Mufti' is currently underway in Mysore. The final and current schedule of the film is expected to last for a month, and it's going to be a wrap-up soon. On the other hand, Silambarasan will be next seen in 'Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu', which is directed by Gautham Menon, and the film is slated to release on September 15.
