Simbu, Anirudh in Kiruthiga's next

Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi, who made her directional debut with Vanakkam Chennai, has roped in Simbu to play the lead in a yet-to-be-titled film. Interestingly, Anirudh, who had worked with her in her first film, will compose music for this one as well.
A source close to the team confirms, 'Simbu will play the lead in the film, and Anirudh has been roped in as the composer. The official announcement will be made by the end of this month.The female lead of the film and the rest of the cast are yet to be finalized.'
The source also adds, 'It's too early to reveal about Simbu's character in the film. All we can say is that, it's an interesting commercial film with some beautiful romantic and emotional sequences. The shoot of the film is likely to begin in the month of May.'
