Speaking to Galatta, Director SU Arun Kumar shared an incredible instance of Vikram’s dedication during the shooting of Veera Dheera Sooran. For a crucial climax scene, a special makeup team from Mumbai, led by an artist named Tom, was brought in to create realistic injury effects. However, due to rain, the shoot had to be postponed for a day, and Vikram’s schedule was packed. Determined to complete the scene, Vikram decided to keep his makeup on overnight to avoid reapplying it the next day. He slept without moving, ensuring the intricate detailing remained intact. The next morning, he was ready by 6 AM, having endured the discomfort for hours. Throughout the shoot, he refrained from bathing, drinking water, or even lying down again to maintain continuity. His commitment and perseverance left the team in awe, showcasing his unwavering passion for his craft.
