Suriya wishes his wife Jyotika as the actress joins Mammooty for 'Kaathal'

Suriya and Jyotika are one of the favorite celebrity couples in Kollywood, and the couple has also been producing films jointly to deliver some quality films. Jyotika celebrated her 44th birthday yesterday, and social media was flooded with wishes for the talented actress. On a special day, Jyotika's new film with Mammooty was also launched by the makers, and the film has been titled 'Kaathal - The Core'.'The Great Indian Kitchen' fame Jeo Baby will be directing the film, and the poster promised a unique film as the lead stars are spotted in a vintage look.

Suriya also wished his loving wife Jyotika on her special day. "From day one, this film’s idea & every step taken by Dir JeoBaby & team @MKampanyOffl is so good!! Wishing @mammukka, Jo n team the best for @kaathalthecore. Happy happy birthday Jo!!!", wrote Suriya.
The story of Jeo Baby's directorial 'Kaathal - The Core' is written by Adarsh Sukumaran and Paulson Skaria, and the film is reported to be a life drama set in the 1990s. Mathews Pulican is scoring the music for the film, while the cinematography will be handled by Salu K Thomas.
As of now 'Kaathal' is a Malayalam film, but the film is expected to have a simultaneous dubbed Tamil release as it has Jyotika as the female lead, and Mammooty's last few dubbed releases have worked well in theatres.

Meanwhile, Jyotika starts her preparation to begin shooting for the film, and shared a video from the gym session to caption it "Gifting myself this birthday with strength n health. 🏋🏼‍♀️Functional training with the extremely gifted Mahesh Ghanekar. @maheshfitnessclub I will not let age change me, I will change the way I age !"
