Suriya's 'Vaadivaasal' audio rights sold for a huge price; Film to start rolling soon

Suriya had officially announced joining hands with director Vetri Maaran long back, and the makers earlier launched a glimpse of the film to stir up the expectation. But the major shooting of the film didn't take place and the film has been on hold for a long time. Now, the latest report suggests that Suriya's 'Vaadivaasal' audio rights are sold, and the film will soon start rolling. GV Prakash Kumar is scoring the music for 'Vaadivaasal' and he delivered powerful music for the glimpse earlier. The energetic composer has already finished composing multiple songs for the film, and the makers have reportedly locked the audio rights deal for a huge price.
Also, the shooting of 'Vaadivaasal' has been planned to commence soon, and the film might go on floors in May. 'Vaadivaasal' is based on the ancient sport Jallikattu, and Suriya has trained with a bull for his role in the film. Suriya has been personally taking care of the bull to develop his bonding. The female lead and other casts of the film are yet to be revealed, and we have an update from the makers soon.
Suriya is currently filming for his periodic action drama with director Siruthai Siva, and the film has been tentatively titled 'Suriya 42'. The team has been filming in Chennai in the night recently and the periodic portion has been planned to be shot next. Suriya will be sporting several versatile looks for the film, while Disha Patani plays the leading lady to make her Tamil debut.
