Tamannaah on top in Kollywood?

The buzz is that Tamannaah Bhatia, the girl from Mumbai, has been crowned the new number one in Kollywood!
She has had three releases so far this year ��������������������������� Ayan, a blockbuster, a superhit in Padikkathavan, and a flop, Aananda Thaandavam. So, Tammu has the best strike rate this year when compared to her competitors.
Now, the big news is that Tamannaah has been signed by M Raja, a director with a hundred per cent strike rate at the box-office.Raja has signed her for a record amount to play heroine opposite his brother Jayam Ravi in the remake of the Telugu hit Kick, which had Ravi Teja and Ileana in the lead.
And her future line up of releases ��������������������������� Kandaen Kadhalai, the remake of Jab We Met, the Lingusami-directed Paiyya, opposite Karthi and now, Raja���������������������������s Kick remake with Ravi ��������������������������� look more than promising. But the biggest of them all is Urimai Kural, Vijay���������������������������s 50th film for which she will start shooting in November.
What makes this soft spoken actress, with no controversies or link-ups click? It is her hard work, dedication and desire to excel. She has now learned to speak Tamil and will shortly be dubbing in her own voice.
When asked how she feels being ���������������������������numero uno��������������������������� in Kollywood, Tamannaah said, ���������������������������I don���������������������������t believe in numbers. However, I���������������������������m fortunate that my films are doing well. To be honest, I���������������������������ve been very lucky to have been at the right place at the right time.���������������������������
When asked if she will go glam for the Kick remake, like Ileana in the original, she said, ���������������������������Each person has her own grace and a way to carry herself. I saw the original and Ileana is very glamorous and stunning. But, I���������������������������ll do it in my own way, by wearing western costumes and looking chic. Do you know that a lot of people told me that I looked glam in Ayan?���������������������������
Recently, she got mobbed in a Mumbai mall by her fans, and that was when she realised that she had arrived as a star.
