Three reasons to celebrate for Amaidhi Padai team

The team of Nagaraja Cholan MA, MLA, the sequel to Amaidhi Padai, the superhit early 90s flick from the Sathyaraj-Manivannan combination, is gearing to host a grand event. And, they have not one but three reasons to do so.
Says a source from the unit, ���The film marks the 200th film in Sathyaraj���s career while it is Manivannan���s 50th film as a director.So, the team has decided to have the audio launch as a ���Mupperum Vizha���.���
The production house is planning to hold the gala function by the end of February. ���They are planning to bring together the various film personalities who have worked with Sathyaraj and Manivannan on stage for this event. That is one of the reasons why they haven���t fixed on the date of the event yet,��� adds the source.
Like the earlier film, Nagaraja Cholan MA, MLA is a political satire and will see the veteran actor reprising the role he made iconic two decades back.
