Trisha signs a heroine-centric movie

Actress Trisha has reportedly signed up for a heroine-oriented film, something she has never been seen doing in the past. It has been really difficult for a heroine to earn the name from hero oriented movies. Perhaps that is one reason for the pretty actress to take up such movie even though she had created name for herself.
The trend of heroine centric is slowly picking up in the industry with the success of films like The Dirty Picture and Kahaani, one cannot easily forget the superhit film Arundathi which made Anushka a household name.
Trisha has been offered one such role by producer M S Raju who cast her in hit films like Varsham and Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana. It is very much a contemporary subject and the actress was so impressed that she signed on the dotted line at once.
The story is expected to revolve around the actress and similar to 'Arundhathi', which had Anushka in the lead.
