Udhayanidhi's 'Kanne Kalai Maane' commences with a pooja

Udhayanidhi Stalin’s next romantic family drama ‘Kanne Kalai Maane’ will have Tamannaah Batia as a female lead. The producer turned actor Udhayanidhi commenced the shooting of the film by performing pooja in Madurai. Directed by Seenu Ramasamy of Dharmadurai, Udhay’s Red Giant Movies is bankrolling the film which will have music composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja and Vairamuthu as lyricist.
Udhayanidhi had earlier said that the film is going to be very much a Seenu Ramasamy film, with lot of emotions.It will have the feel of Dharmadurai. The story talks about the importance of agriculture and I play a character who has completed his agriculture course.
The team is likely to reveal the rest of the cast and crew through an official press statement. After ‘Kanne Kalai Maane’, Udhay is expected to start shooting for ‘Irumbuthirai’ director Mithran’s cop action thriller.
