In the sixth episode of #UnforgettableOnes, let’s take a look at actor Ganja Karuppu’s journey in cinema.
Karuppu aka Ganja Karuppu made his debut with Bala's directorial 'Pithamagan'. He played a comparatively short role in the film, however, he gradually transformed into a leading comedian through his humorous punchlines and shared screen space with several leading stars. Ganja Karuppu also bagged a few awards and became a favorite for many filmmakers.

Due to some personal crisis, Ganja Karuppu started to focus less on films, however, he recently made an energetic second innings through a television reality show. But it didn't work out well for the actor, as expected. Ganja Karuppu's comedies have been garnering great responses through television and digital platforms.

On the personal front, Ganja Karuppu married a physiotherapist Sangeetha in a grand ceremony in 2010. The couple lives in Madurai and has a son. Ganja Karuppu has adopted a mentally challenged family of five and is taking care of their needs. The talented actor also has an interest in entering into politics and waiting for the right time to achieve big.
