A few days ago, Vijay Antony posted a poll on his Twitter page, quizzing fans and asking them to register their opinion regarding the upcoming sequel of one of his earlier films. So far, 'Pichaikkaran' has received many votes from the audience, and it looks like 'Pichaikkaran 2' is on the cards. But there will be a bigger change in the director of the sequel since Vijay Antony will be reportedly joining hands with the National Award-winning director Priya Krishnaswamy of 'Baaram' fame. He is expected to direct 'Pichaikkaran 2' and the official announcement regarding the film is expected to be made on July 24 on the occasion of Vijay Antony's birthday.
