Vijay fans distribute masks and oxygen cylinders to a government hospital

The second wave of COVID-19 is wreaking havoc across the country, and Tamil Nadu, too, is witnessing a spike in the number of cases in the last few days. Apart from public, NGOs and other organisations, fans of a few stars are also seen indulging in social service in different ways.
A few fans from Vijay Makkal Iyakkam are said to have distributed essential items like gloves, masks and oxygen cylinders to a government hospital at Virudhachalam in Cuddalore district.According to a source, they provided 10 oxygen cylinders, 200 N95 masks for doctors apart from 1,000 three layer masks for staffs and patients, and 1,000 gloves.
Meanwhile, fans of the star are excited about the Georgia schedule of Nelson's #Thalapathy65 wrapped up recently. As per sources, the team will be shooting for a song in the first week of May, if everything goes well. The song, which is expected to have Jani as its choreographer, is said to feature Vijay and Pooja Hegde.
