Vijayakanth pens a letter to his friend

Actor Vijayakanth, who recently paid a visit to his ailing friend, producer Ibrahim Rowther, who has been admitted to a private hospital, has now come out with a touching letter addressed to him. The actor-politician had lost touch with his friend after marriage his marriage to Premalatha.
Excerpts from the letter state that Vijayakanth had come to a private hospital after hearing about his friend���s ill health.���I only know the pain I suffered when I saw you lying unconscious. I started reminiscing the days when we came from Madurai to Chennai to achieve something big in the industry; and the good & bad times. I have never forgotten you, my friend.��� He also wished him a speedy recovery.
Rowther has produced many super hit films with Vijayakanth in the 1990s including Karuppu Nila, Thaai Mozhi, Bharathan, Captain Prabhakaran and Pulan Visaranai.
