Following the likes of Kamal Hassan, Rajinikanth and Vijay, actor Vishal has united all his fan clubs under the name Makkal Nala Iyakkam. The young actor made the announcement on the occasion of his 41st birthday today (August 29). Looks like
Vishal is making a step further into politics by this announcement. It must be noted Vishal’s petition to contest in the RK Nagar By-Election held last year was rejected.
The flag was also unveiled today at Irumbu Thirai 100 days function.
Vishal's last film 'Irumbu Thirai' directed by debutant P.S.Mithran has successfully completed 100 days and the team celebrated the success with a grand event organized at Kalaivanar Arangam.
While Kamal Hassan's fan clubs were clubbed into Kamal Narpani Iyakkam a long time ago, Rajinikanth's fan clubs were clubbed into Rajini Makkal Mandram only recently after he announced his political entry. Meanwhile, Vijay's fans clubs were united as Vijay Makkal Iyakkam a while ago.
Apart from performing as an actor, Vishal is also serving as the General Secretary of the Nadigar Sangam and the President of the Tamil Film Producers Council.
