Sri Bannari Amman Productions’ Unakku 20 Enakku 40 has KPS Akshai in the lead role. He has also written and directed the film which features two heroines, Shalini and Amrutha. The others in the cast are Singam Puli, Vaiyapuri, Vadivukkarasi, Karishma, Bavalakshman, Pondamani, Shankar, Vijai Ganesh and Natesh.
In the film, Shalini and Amrutha are not only good friends but also study in the same college.At one stage, Amrutha loves Shalini’s father and what follows forms an interesting story. This movie is a commercial movie and its been shot in various locations – Pollachi, Kodaikanal, Chennai.
