Lyricist Vivek is one of the flourishing talents in Tamil cinema and he is celebrating his 35th birthday today. The popular lyricist has impressed audience with his meaningful lyrics to some super hit songs. Fans of the star have been wishing him on social media, while several film stars too have joined them to greet the star on his special day. Meanwhile, blockbuster director Atlee and his wife Priya too made sure to wish the talented lyricist.It was so overwhelming for him that he actually wrote in his reply that he had emotional tears in his eyes.


Earlier today, director Atlee who last delivered a blockbuster hit with Vijay's 'Bigil' wished Vivek on his birthday. He described Vivek and his wife Sharadha as positive people and thanked him for coming into his life. Meanwhile, Atlee's wife Priya Mohan also wished Vivek saying that she was missing him and his wife a lot. On seeing the messages from both, Vivek became emotional and replied immediately. From this exchange, it is quite clear that the four seem to hang out a lot, given that they belong to the same generation.

Vivek has penned lyrics for songs in the films 'Mersal' and 'Bigil', which were directed by Atlee, and both share a great friendship.
