The actress' latest horror-thriller 'Bhaagamathie' has set cash registers ringing — both at domestic and overseas box-office. After cashing in on the Republic Day long weekend, 'Bhaagamathie' continued its steady run right through the week. With no other new big Telugu releases, 'Bhaagamathie' marched on and has collected $1.31 million at the overseas box-office.
Trade analysts revealed that the Anushka Shetty-starrer had raked in $824,000 (Rs 5.36 crore) in just five days at the US box-office. The film has collected nearly Rs 8.50 crore at the overseas box-office and is on its way to hitting the $1.5 million mark at the overseas box-office, trade analysts have confirmed.
The film is on its way to entering the Rs 50 crore club, a first time a female-centric movie would achieve the feat in Tollywood. Directed by
