‘The Raja Saab’ box office collection day 25: Prabhas starrer makes over Rs 25 lakhs

Prabhas starrer 'The Raja Saab’ was released during the Sankranti release window on January 9. The film turned out to be a huge miss at the box office. The film is not able to mint big numbers in terms of the expectation it had prior to the release.The latest reports suggest that the film collected over Rs 25 lakh in Telugu on Day 25, according to Sacnilk. After this is the total net box office for Telugu gross Rs 120.07 crore. The total India net, including collection from Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam, stands at 146 crore. This brings the worldwide collection to Rs 208.35 crore. The movie’s total Hindi net box office stands at Rs 24.22 crore in 21 days. On the other hand, in Tamil, it made Rs 1.09 crore in 10 days. In Kannada, it stands at Rs 39 lakh in 10 days and Malayalam at Rs 23 lakh in over seven days.Directed by Maruthi, the horror-comedy film revolves around a young man who is an heir to a royal mansion and is also in search of his missing grandfather. As enter the mansion, he gets to understand that it's a haunted house that has the presence of spirits.Upon its release, the film got mixed to negative reviews on social media. Some fans shared their displeasure with watching the movie. On X (formerly Twitter) a fan wrote, “An Average Affair ....VFX Looks Ups And Down .... Prabhas Look is Not Impressive .... but he is certainly Looking better than Radhe Shyam. Also Hindi Dubbing Was Good.” Another added, “The Raja Saab is a disappointing film that works neither as a horror film nor as a comedy. #Prabhas tries hard, and a few scenes are enjoyable only because of him, but even those moments can’t save the film.
