Venu Madhav was a mimicry artist

Before coming into movies, Venu Madhav was a mimicry artist and hosted several programs in various Telugu Channels. He was then spotted by director S.V.Krishna Reddy who offered him a chance in his film Sampradhayam.
However, Venu Madhav shot to fame for his cameo in 1997 Chiranjeevi starrer- Master. Impressed with his acting, Karunakaran then offered him a role in Pawan Kalyan’s Toli Prema in 1998 and since then the actor did not look back.
