3 years for Tholi Prema: Varun Tej and Raashi Khanna starrer hit screens three years ago today

Director Venky Atluri made his Tollywood debut three years ago on February 10 with the Varun Tej and Raashi Khanna starrer Tholi Prema.The film’s team reminisced on one of the best love stories of 2018 and wrote, “Celebrating 3 Years of Mega Prince @IAmVarunTej and @RaashiKhanna’s Sensible Love tale #TholiPrema. Special thanks to @dirvenky_atluri, Cast & Crew and the lovely audience for the Memorable HIT!” (sic) The film told the tale of Aditya and Varsha, surprising movie buffs with the nuances of relationships it explored. The film also remains special in both Varun and Raashi’s career.After scoring a blockbuster like Fidaa in 2017, Varun’s fans had huge expectations on the film. Thaman’s music also played a major role in its success. Currently, Varun is playing a kick-boxer in his upcoming film Ghani, which will hit screens on July 30. He’s also starring in Anil Ravipudi’s F3, the sequel of F2, with Venkatesh Daggubati, Tamannaah and Mehreen Pirzada. Raashi has a bunch of Tamil projects that she’s shooting for, including one with Vijay Sethupathi. There’s buzz that she might soon be seen in Maruthi’s next with Gopichand.
