Air hostess-turned-actress! ‘Yamudiki Mogudu’ beauty Richa Panai is creating a storm with her Instagram pics

It’s not a cakewalk for North-Indian divas to fly down south and impress the regional viewers right from the word go. While a few leading ladies have successfully managed to do so, other starlets have either sacrificed their dreams or settled down in their territories. Amid this scenario, a beautiful belle hailing from Lucknow struck the right chord with Telugu viewers’ courtesy her attractive looks, mesmerising personality and solid emoting skills.What’s more surprising is her inspiring journey from an air hostess to a lead heroine.
Born and brought up in the City of Nawabs, Richa Panai pursued her entire childhood education in her hometown. Upon completion of Plus 2, she went on to grab the Miss Lucknow title at a popular beauty pageant and this is when she decided to have a go at modelling. However, her path to the glamour arena was quite a struggle because of her conservative background and family's reservations on the showbiz industry.

To realise her dreams, Richa Panai thought that she should move to Mumbai at any cost and that’s when she made up her mind to take a course and start her career as an air hostess. It was just the stay in the financial capital and the constant presence amid celebrity passengers that tempted the diva to take this step.
While being an air hostess itself, the leggy lass did a correspondence course and got graduated from the Delhi University. However, her struggle continued in Mumbai as she wasn’t much successful in bagging modelling assignments. Finally, tables started to turn for Richa after she was spotted by ad filmmaker Jabbar Kallarackal who roped in the beauty for a TV commercial. With a series of advertisements for a popular jewellery brand, the cute belle rose to prominence as a model.

Kicking off her celluloid debut in Malayalam, Richa Panai featured in three back-to-back films as the leading lady. The very next year, she entered Tollywood with the socio-fantasy ‘Yamudiki Mogudu: Ee Nela Thakkuvodu’ and impressed the viewers with her arresting glamour and captivating persona. She followed it up with an interesting line-up of films like ‘Chandamama Kathalu’ and ‘Lavakusha’. Her performance as Haseena in the Praveen Sattaru directorial is top-notch and she literally stole the show.
Despite starring in quite a few Telugu films, the talented starlet couldn’t find much success as most of the projects failed to perform at the ticket counters.

However, after making her Kannada debut alongside the ravishing Erica Fernandes with ‘Buguri’, Richa ventured into Bollywood with the 2016 road-thriller ‘Traffic’. Starring an ensemble star cast like Manoj Bajpayee, Jimmy Sheirgill, Prosenjit Chatterjee, Parambrata Chatterjee and Divya Dutta, the film released to positive reviews. At present, the 26-year-old bombshell is busy in Sandalwood.

Besides her professional commitments, the ‘Crossroad’ actress is an active celebrity on Instagram who is popular for her hot pictures. Her incredible curves and washboard abs are super striking, to say the least, and considering her elegant fashion sense; she nails it in every outfit.
