Allu Arjun all praise for Vaisshnav Tej and Krithi Shetty starrer Uppena

It has been more than 20 days since debutant director Buchi Babu Sana’s Vaisshnav Tej and Krithi Shetty starrer Uppena hit screens, but praises are still pouring in.
Stylish Star Allu Arjun, who has been busy shooting for Sukumar’s Pushpa, recently watched the film after returning back to Hyderabad from Kerala. The film’s team arranged a special screening for him and he is extremely impressed with the film.He congratulated his cousin Vaisshnav on the film’s success. Everyone from Chiranjeevi to Mahesh Babu have shared positive feedback for the film on social media.
In the film, Vaisshnav played the role of Aasi, a man from the fishing community who falls for Bebamma, played by Krithi Shetty. Her father Raayanam, played by Vijay Sethupathi, opposes their union due to class differences. The performances, apart from Devi Sri Prasad’s music made it one of the memorable releases of the year.
Allu Arjun will soon be seen in Pushpa with Rashmika Mandanna as his co-star. He has gone through a transformation for his rustic role and the film will hit screens on August 12. Expectations are high on the film and further details are awaited.
