Naveen Polishetty is basking in the success of his recent Sankranti release ‘Anaganaga Oka Raju’. The film turned out to be a superhit, making big bucks at the box office. The actor received huge accolades for his performance in the film, and it seems that he has also made Megastar Chiranjeevi his favorite.According to a report by 123Telugu, during the success party of ‘Anaganaga Oka Raju’, director Bobby revealed who the Tollywood veteran star Chiranjeevi commends the most in the current generation of actors. He named Naveen Polishetty. The report further suggested that the ‘Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty’ actor also shared that Chiranjeevi is a walking role model who proves that one can rule the industry even without a godfather.Speaking about the film, ‘Anaganaga Oka Raju’, the comedy-drama is directed by Maari. Key cast includes Naveen Polishetty as the quirky lead Raju, Meenakshi Chaudhary as Charu, Rao Ramesh as her authoritative father, Tarak Ponnappa as antagonist Yerri Babu. The film collected over Rs 78.20 crore worldwide in 15 days, according to Sacnik.Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi also had a Sankranti to remember. His latest release, ‘Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu’ turned out to be his biggest film. Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the film features Chiranjeevi as an NIA agent and also includes Nayanthara as the female lead. The film also includes a special appearance of another Tollywood veteran, Venkatesh Daggubati. It also features Catherine Tresa and Sachin Khedekar in key roles. The movie has made over Rs 281.5 crore worldwide. Additionally, director Bobby will be working with Chiranjeevi for their upcoming film. Reports suggest that they will launch the film next month in February.The Megastar has also signed a project with director Srikanth Odela, who is working with Nani on their upcoming film ‘The Paradise’.
