Chiranjeevi is an immensely talented figure in the Telugu film industry with a remarkable 45-year journey and continues to captivate audiences with his unparalleled performances. Earlier this year, it was disclosed that the Megastar's next cinematic venture would be alongside Vassishta, renowned for his debut film, ‘Bimbisara.’ Now the production team revealed some good news about this movie's shooting.
In a recent update, the film's production commencement was announced on social media, accompanied by a clapboard picture and the caption: "The shoot of mammoth #Mega156 begins in all glory; The MEGA MASS BEYOND UNIVERSE is under way with a key schedule being shot."
Titled ‘Mega 156,’ the movie is poised to be a supernatural action film, marking Chiranjeevi's 156th venture in the industry. The film boasts music by the Academy Award-winning composer MM Keeravani. The cinematography is by Chota K Naidu, and the dialogues are penned by Sai Madhav Burra.
The first look poster, unveiled on Dussehra, showcased an ancient Indian trident against a backdrop of floods and explosions, hinting at a visual spectacle.
Chiranjeevi's last appearance was in the action film ‘Bhola Shankar,’ directed by Meher Ramesh, a remake of the 2015 Tamil film ‘Vedalam,’ featuring Tamannaah Bhatia, Keerthy Suresh, Sushanth, and others in significant roles.
Besides ‘Mega 156,’ Chiranjeevi has two other films in the pipeline, tentatively titled ‘Mega 157’ and ‘Mega 158.’ Reportedly, ‘Mega 157’ will be directed by Sushmitha Konidela, while ‘Mega 158’ will be helmed by Boyapati Srinu.
